If you love the taste of cardamom spice on a winter's day, you'll love this cardamom chai tea, made with organic Assam tea, cardamom, cloves and peppercorn.

Cardamom chai tea can be served with milk and sugar according to your taste. To make it the traditional way, let four teaspoons of loose leaf or four tea bags boil in a half litre of water for five minutes. Add 250ml of milk and sweeten with sugar (or honey, but at the very end). Pour it through a strainer and serve four cups of cardamom chai you'll be proud of.
