Period underwear looks and feels like regular underwear, but has the built-in layers to keep you dry during your time of the month. It's a great choice for the ultimate fuss-free period.
A pair of period pants can hold 1-2 tampon's worth and will generally last you for 8-12 hours, depending on your flow. You might also use yours alongside a period cup for extra back up.
3-4 pairs are a great way to start, and you can wash and dry them as you go through your period. To help you get started, you can save 15% when you buy 5 or more pairs.

How to use period underwear
Period underwear is probably the easiest reusable period product to start using. You can wear them day or night.
When you're ready to change your period pants, rinse them under a cold tap till the water runs clear. You can machine wash them cold (30°) or wash them by hand with a gentle detergent. Don't tumble dry them or use fabric softeners as this can damage the absorbency.
As you wear your pants, you'll get a sense of when they need a change. You might notice blood at the seams or they might start to feel wet. Each pair holds up to 10ml of blood, so how long they'll last depends on how heavy your period is.
