Shake before you apply. The thickness of the line depends on the pressure you apply - go lightly for a thin line and with slightly more pressure for a thicker line. To paint your upper lid, close your eye and apply the line close to the roots of your eyelashes, starting from the inner corner and moving outwards. To get to your roots more easily, gently pull the skin up at your eyebrow while leaving your lid closed.

The smaller your eyes, the thinner your line should be to enhance your eyes without making them look smaller.
