How do mouthwash tablets work?

You can use mouthwash to help you maintain good oral health and freshen your breath. Alongside dental floss and brushing your teeth, and mouthwash can be a good addition if you tend to get cavities. This natural mouthwash is an alternative to traditional mouthwashes, but works similarly.

Our eco-friendly mouthwash tablets are designed to be used twice a day. To use one, dissolve it in 10ml of water and gargle the liquid for 30 seconds before spitting. There's no need to rinse.

When you use the mouthwash, you'll get the benefit from bicarbonate of soda which is a powerful breath freshener. Studies have shown essential oils reduce the plaque in your mouth.

How are mouthwash tablets eco-friendly?

Compared to plastic-bottled mouthwash, mouthwash tablets help:

• Reduce plastic waste. They come in a glass jar with an aluminium lid and biodegradable protective seal.
• Avoid the unnecessary transportation of water. This makes them lighter and reduces transport emissions.
