Our refillable facial moisturiser packs a hydration punch and is made to support your skin barrier ready for the day, or night. It also includes a prebiotic to feed up your skin microbiome.
The name for our moisturiser is inspired by the concept of 'Sthira' and 'Sukha' or 'Strength' and 'Ease' in yoga practice. It's the idea of knowing where to be firm and where to be soft, a continual balance to find in our lives.
Lasting hydration
Hydration is the secret to our moisturiser with water-binding hyaluronic acid smoothing your skin from the get-go (try this whenever you need to look your best!) Organic camellia oil and niacinamide help to reduce trans-epidermal water loss and, along with microbiome-friendly inulin, they're great for clearing up blemishes too. Peptides, polypeptides and amino acids in this moisturiser can help slow down signs of ageing and soothe skin irritation.

Lupine peptides
From lupins grown sustainably in South West France, this is a blend of penta- and hexa- peptides which can help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Lupine peptides may help reduce collagen and elastic degradation. We add ours at o.5%.
Hyaluronic acid
A naturally-occurring polysaccharide that decreases as we get older, hyaluronic acid is deeply hydrating and can bind 600 times its weight in water. We use 1-1.5 MDA vegan hyaluronic acid at 0.4%, hydrated in organic rose water.
Upcycled barley
This extract is a by-product of beer brewing and has been shown to reduce skin redness and irritation. It contains a concentrated mix of proteins, amino acids, polypeptides, peptides and carbohydrates helping to lock in moisture and support the skin barrier. We add this at 2%.

Use & Refill
Apply morning and evening to your skin after cleansing and applying any serums. Follow up with SPF in the morning.
The Strength & Ease facial moisturiser is safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding and for those with a gluten intolerance.
This product is refillable and we sterilise and reuse our packaging, meaning your jar won't always be brand new.
